The hotel welcomes families and pets, and includes conveniences such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, and an airport shuttle service.

Guests have noted the proximity to the main highway, which can lead to noticeable noise in some rooms, though accommodations further from the road tend to be quieter. The property is described as clean and safe, with friendly, helpful staff enhancing the overall experience. While some reviews mention simple room setups and occasional disturbances from local wildlife, others highlight the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained pool area as positive attributes.

Very nice room. Clean and pleasant to stay in. No hot water under the shower though, no extra blanket or glasses etc. bare minimum but pleasant. Right next to the highway though so incredibly loud plus many dogs around and cockerels, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Minimum facilities.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we tasted the menu in the restaurant. What on earth was that? Who cooked it? Divine manna! We tasted the classic Ceviche which was really the best we came across with an amazing taste. Please don't let the chef bring you a michelin star. Thank you, we really didn't expect this in the middle of nowhere. We recommend a stop on your way to Coba. We visited the restaurant twice because of the great taste, unfortunately on the second visit we had 80 pesos more on the bill (the inebriated waiter mistook us for Americans) we are sorry but I am leaving 5 stars because it was probably just a human error that has nothing to do with the taste of the food.

Great hotel with amazing garden and pool! Good escape from the crowds! Although your own transport is recommended, but many collectivos and taxis drove by. Didn't hear any highway sounds what have been mentioned here, maybe because we were at the bungalow more far away and first floor. Definitely recommended!

Very clean and safe. Only thing that was a scary was finding 2 scorpions in our bathroom. Food was amazing for breakfast! Will definitely recommend! Will stay here again! Very kind staff.

Nice family owned business, helpful staff, very good on site restaurant, nice pool beautiful rooms. From here you can easily explore Mayan ruins, a lagoon (where you can swim, visit an underground cenote, and take a guided tour into the forest to see several types of monkeys), take a day trip to Tulum, or go see the architectural wonder of Azulilk, which is just minutes away. Also, the town is full of local artisan shops. Unfortunately the road is no longer a sleepy little road: it is full of big noisy trucks carrying stone for the new Mayan Train, so if you just need a convenient and affordable place to land you will be happy, but if you are seeking a quiet out of the way getaway, you will be disappointed, at least until the construction is done. Our first night we were very much in need of sleep but our room was at the front of the property near the road and the restaurant, which was problematic for us. However, our kind hosts agreed to move us to a very nice room at the back of the property for the rest of our stay there, and we were very happy once we moved away from the road. The room itself was lovely.

I went on vacation and this Hotel is so cute , so calm , the mini bar/restaurant is so convenient .. I had wings and a margarita ( okay maybe 3 ) and so delicious, plus cook/waiter was so friendly! Plus he got a drunk guy ( probably on vacation too ) away from me when he saw I was uncomfortable ( I went alone on this vacation ) .. The pool was clean , and u can take ur food and drinks there bc they have small tables and chairs .. It's full of nature , beautiful trees and flowers .. I loved it and I enjoyed it. Definitely looking forward to staying there again! I stayed in a suite and also in a small one and they both felt great .... I recommend to stay there at least 2 days to actually enjoy it & be at peace

Very friendly and helpful people, mostly had to do with Luis (and a woman I didn't ask the name of). The upstairs rooms ("villas") are terrific, looking out into the trees, and the pool area is nice as well. The only negative is definitely the road noise, which is also not helped by the doors/windows not sealing at all. So if you can choose, try to get a room further removed from the road (they let me change from 7 to 13 for my second night, although 13 had really cold lighting, mentioned it to them and hope they'll exchange bulbs), could make a difference. The adjoining restaurant serves adequate/average food. For the price ($1200 upstairs, $1000 downstairs), a clear 5/5. It's about a 25min drive from Tulum.
